Childcare staff are responsible for the provision of planned programmes of care, which ensures the safety and well being of children. Also responsible for the agreed implementation and provision of a range of activities and intervention strategies designed to maximise the potential of learning opportunities for children within a nurturing environment. .
Training is offered in-house on Child Protection, Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Manual Handling, First-Aid and Basic Food Hygiene. Staff are encouraged and supported both financially and academically to further their knowledge in various other childcare related programmes.
